Protect Now Ltd can maintain and extend your existing CCTV system, we recognise the investment you have made in your security and that you are keen to extend its life. Alternatively we can offer a cost effective and modular solution to upgrade your system at your pace. You can upgrade one camera at a time, focusing on the areas that you feel would benefit from higher resolution images.

3-  Security Service and maintenance 

Protect Now Ltd offer standard or comprehensive service contracts. 

            i - Comprehensive Service Contract 

Protect Now Ltd Comprehensive Service and Maintenance contract is ideal if you want to pay an inclusive fixed cost, to cover preventative system inspections, access to engineer call-outs if required, with nothing else to pay for the life of the contract. (Subject to terms and conditions). 

            ii - Standard Service Contract 

Protect Now Ltd Standard Service and Maintenance contract provides regular preventative system inspections and engineer call-outs, if required at an extra cost. (Subject to terms and conditions). 

What do our system inspections cover? 

CCTV System inspection (minimum of 1 each year) 

Camera and housing connections, coverage, movement where applicable, performance and focus, Brackets and fixings examined for signs of corrosion or damage, recording device checked for quality and accuracy of playback/retrieved images, telemetry and display controls checked, site and lighting assessment, alarm input operation and response. We will then document the visit and offer our expert advice on your system as well as answering any questions you may have.
